Study: Decriminalization Doesn’t Increase Drug Use

A new study has been published showcasing the various decriminalization efforts, both past and present, of marijuana use around the world.

Epidemiologist and author Ernest Drucker referenced this article in his latest Huffington Post article. According to the study, “Some countries (Spain and the Netherlands) have been moving towards decriminalization since the 1970s — with the result that their drug use rates are lower than in the United States.”
